Did you know that our Home Alarm security system is compatible with Nest Learning Thermostat and Nest Protect? The result: more comfort and more security, for an even smarter connected home.

Nest, a major actor in the world of smart objects, is partnering with Myfox by making two of its products compatible.

Nest Learning Thermostat is a smart thermostat that shows you what you consume and allows you to save by monitoring the energy invested in your heat.

Nest Protect is a next generation smoke and carbon monoxide detector, which analyzes the types of smoke detected and warns you if there is a risk without alarming you more than necessary if there is no danger (such as a slightly burnt toast!).

The pairing

By partnering together, Myfox and Nest can help users protect their home and control their energy bill. Every owner of a Myfox Home Alarm can now integrate his or her Nest Protect or Nest Learning Thermostat in a few clicks from the Myfox app.

Nest products that are integrated in the Myfox ecosystem protecting your home synch when a user disarms the system through his hands-free badge or from the application.

What does Jean-Mark Prunet, Myfox CEO, think about this?

“The integration of Nest products represents a new step in our vision to offer our users a completely smart home. As an innovating actor, we are committed to conceiving durable products, capable of adapting to users’ everyday lives and of interacting with other connected objects. The announcement today is the beginning of great new achievements.”
